Being raised in Central Pennsylvania's Susquehanna River Valley instilled a work ethic and sense of obligation to people that has never gone away. If the US Navy had not transplanted me and my wife, Marie, to NAS Alameda as an Aviation Officer, my success in the Bay Area may never have occurred. The influence of the River and physical experience of the outdoors is still reflected in my hobbies... sailing, fishing, bike riding and gardening. Few things add more beauty to a property than the influence of water and a well-placed tree or two.

My civic interests are strong and long-term, beginning with involvement in several Home Owners Associations. I am a recent graduate of Palo Alto's Leadership Mid-Peninsula 1-year course in Civic affairs and maintain active involvement in local politics... including a directorship on the Politcal Action Committee for our local Real Estate Board and 2-terms as Traffic Commissioner for Menlo Park.

Operating my own company is the culmination of years of successful real estate experience and my insatiable desire to provide a level of service that is hard to find.

Since the 1970's I have been a real estate executive in sales, leasing, lending and appraisal. Bank of America's Real Estate Executive Training program has been a key building block of my career, where my ultimate responsibility included the largest real estate Line of Credit in California. From there I was recruited by a well-respected, privately owned West Coast brokerage firm as Sr Marketing Executive. By 1988 I excelled as the top producing salesperson for 3 consecutive years in the the San Jose Regional office. Since the 1990's my successful representation of Sellers and Buyers under the Drexel name has been personally rewarding and lucrative to all parties involved.
